Dayang Enterprise Holdings is raising its stake in its associate company, Perdana petroleum and it had acquired Affin Hwang's Investment 5.47 per cent stake in the company for 66.59 million ringgit.
The share purchase will subsequently be followed by a Mandatory General Offer (MGO) by Dayang.
