Simon Cowell is a famous TV judge and music executive, but his new home might be his most impressive pick yet.
According to TMZ, Cowell just landed himself a $25 million dollar mansion in Malibu, and it has all the trimmings that you expect for a lavish, modern mansion.
We’re talking seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa, tennis court, lawn, terraces, gym, staff quarters, a guest suite, and a four-car garage sitting on about 10,000 square feet.
Oh, Cowell’s new home is also reportedly located at the end of a private road with a tree-lined driveway, and of course, has beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.
According to the Daily Mail, Cowell already owns a home in Beverly Hills, as well as another in London, but with his new Malibu real estate, why would he ever want to stay anywhere else?
