Joe was my inspector. He was knowledgeable and even let my dad join in on the inspection. He explained everything even if we could not get on the roof or attic with him. He made sure everything worked like it supposed to and if it didn't, he let us know how it was supposed to work. If I had a question on something I felt needed to be checked, he listened and checked it out to satisfy me. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend House to Home Inspections to everyone.
