鹽 3/4 茶匙 salt 3/4 tsp\r
薑汁1湯匙 fresh ginger juice 1 TBS\r
大地魚粉1湯匙 Dried flatfish powder 1 TBS\r
雞粉1/2茶匙 Chicken powder 1/2 tsp\r
生粉2茶匙 Potato starch 2 tsp\r
糖1/2茶匙 Sugar 1/2 tsp\r
適量芫茜,蔥 Coriander & spring onions (garnish)\r
3 個紅蔥頭, 切片 Shallots x 3 \r
1 隻雞蛋 Egg x 1\r
紅蔥頭粒 2茶匙 Diced shallots 2 tsp\r
麻油2茶匙 Sesame oil 2 tsp\r
300g 梅頭瘦豬肉 (少許肥) Pork loin 300g (keep pork fat)\r
300g 蝦 Prawns 300g\r
250g 雲吞皮 Wonton skin 250g\r
生麵 (其他麵也可) Egg noodles (or any noodles)\r
瑤柱雞湯: 1份雞湯配1份水 Conpoy chicken stock (1:1 water)\r
適量水 Water (for cooking)\r
