Dads Dream Shop Tour 2016
In this video I take you on a tour of my Fathers dream wood-working shop in central Pennsylvania. Its a long video, but I think you will find it worthwhile to watch all the way through, hopefully you will pick up some tips for your shop! After teaching for 33 years as a shop teacher, he has finally had the time/chance to build his dream shop and retirement home. This is a snapshot in time of the development as of 25 December 2016.\r
You will see his table saw, band saw, sanding station, concrete counter top workbench, assembly tables, in-floor dust collection, miter saw station, tool wall, jointer, planer, shaper, router-tables, assembly tables, storage cabinets and his method for laying out his shop. Most of his machines are @grizzlyindustrial. As with all workshops it is a work in progress. He is also still completing the home construction from out of the shop. You will get a glimpse of the retirement home he has been building . He milled hemlock wood siding from inside his shop from lumber he cut and dried himself. Also not shown is a custom oak kitchen also milled and dried in his shop, pine/cedar paneling, and custom cabinetry throughout the home.
