Quiche Recipe:\r

3 eggs\r
100gr All purpose Flour\r
100gr of grated cheese (I prefer gruyere)\r
500 ml milk\r
1/2 tsp salt\r
1/2 tsp pepper\r
filling of choice: I like peppers, asparagus, bacon, leeks.\r

Mix. Pour into cake pan or muffin tins. Heat oven to 375 F. For cake pan bake 45 min. For muffin tins bake 20 min.\r
