From the heart of Indian Country to the heart of URANIUM Country, Route 66 takes us to the highest elevation on the trip, to the continental divide, inside abandoned trading posts and right along remnants of a forgotten era in American History, and THEN we descend, all alone, into a Uranium Mining museum in Grants, NM. I never thought it would look like this down there..\r
