Notable premieres include Toronto Film Festival, Sitges Film Festival, South by Southwest Film Festival, and London FrightFest Film Festival. The film has been rated R for strong disturbing violence, pervasive drug and alcohol use, sexuality/nudity, and language - all involving teens.
