After posting this video and sending it to Lilith, the company has refunded me the amount of diamonds that went missing and added extra as a courtesy. They apologized for mishandling this case and said that normally for a first case like this they would have fixed it as a courtesy but the representative handling the case handled it incorrectly. I was also able to obtain a refund for my purchase through Apple because they are amazing and stand by purchases you make in the App Store. I hope this will make customer service smoother for everyone in the future!\r
