Chicken Momos are popular in the whole world now, in Asia they are also known as Dimsums at times or Dumplings in the west, Chicken Steamed Momos you shall learn to prepare in this recipe.\r

Ingredients\r

400 gms All Purpose Flour\r
1/4 tsp Salt\r
200 ml Water\r
\r
350 gms Chicken Boneless\r
01 tbl Spoon Coriander Leaves\r
05 Cloves of Garlic\r
01 inch Ginger\r
02 Spring Onions / Scallions\r
1/2 tsp Salt\r
1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder\r
01 tsp Ajinomoto / MSG\r
02 tsp Cooking Oil\r
1/2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce\r

Cooking Instructions\r
\r
1) Mix salt with All Purpose Flour and knead well along with water to create a fine dough, cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes, gluten shall be released in this mean while.\r
\r
2) In the mean while mix the Minced Chicken along with the spices and herbs mentioned above including Dark Soya sauce and keep aside.\r
\r
3) from Step 1, knead the dough again thoroughly to create a soft dough and using a rolling pin roll the dough balls into flat breads, cut out round shaped circles of the size of a glass jar lid and fill them with the filling prepared in Step 2\r
\r
4) Steam the Chicken Momos in a Momos steamer serve hot with spicy schezwan sauce or Momos sauce, enjoy :)\r
