Hey, Everybody! Just a little quickie raised bed garden update. We will check the progress of the cucumbers, beans, peppers, and tomatoes, along with a couple of harvest pics, and my cayenne pepper sauce recipe here in the description box! Ingredients:\r

1 lbs Cayenne peppers\r
2 medium carrots, cut in large chunks\r
1 medium onion, quartered\r
1 large garlic clove\r
3 c water\r
2 c white vinegar\r
1tbs salt plus 1 tsp salt\r
1/4 c liquid pectin or 3 tbs powdered pectin ( I do not use pectin its thick enough for me)\r

1-In a stainless steel non-reive pot add all ingredients except pectin, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until carrots are very soft.\r

2-Turn off heat and add pectin, stir well to incorporate.\r
\r
3-Let mixture cool off to room temperature, then place in stand blender.\r
\r
4-Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.\r
\r
5-Strain mixture into a clean container, use a ladle or spoon to press out as much of the liquid as possible. Discard solids.
