Another Air Hogs Helicopter LiPo battery swap - Sharpshooter

I was given this Air Hogs Sharpshooter helicopter by my daughter. It didnt fly and it appeared that the LiPo battery does not hold charge. I searched the internet for replacement batteries and ordered the nearest I could find in dimensions and power. Changing the battery made a minor improvement but it still wont fly. I suspect that there is some current limiting circuitry that is detecting a problem. Perhaps the motors are struggling and drawing too much power. That would involve swapping the motors out to check and I am not sure I want to spend time doing that.\r
