1 teaspoon Vinegar\r
120 grams Fine Sugar\r
4 Large Egg Yolks (72 grams)\r
120 grams Plain Flour\r
1/2 teaspoon Salt\r
30 grams Oil (30 ml.)\r
40 grams Fresh Orange Juice (40 ml.)\r
1 tablespoon Orange Zest\r
Food Colouring (optional)\r
Pan Size: 18 cm\r
Oven Temperature: 150°C for 35 minutes, 170°C for 3 minutes
