How to make a pacman game cake that will make any gaming fan happy!\r

Pacman/Ghost cookies Recipe:\r
\r
1/2 cup butter\r
1/3 cup shortening\r
1 cup white granulated sugar\r
1/3 cup dairy sour cream\r
1 egg\r
1 tsp vanilla\r
3/4 tsp baking powder\r
2 1/2 cups flour\r
\r
Beat butter and shortening in large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium to high for 30 seconds. Add sugar, sour cream, egg, vanilla, baking powder. Beat till combined. Beat in as much as the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour with a wooden spoon. Divide dough in half. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours or until easy to handle.\r
Roll out dough between sheets of waxed paper (or parchment paper) to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out cookies, place on ungreased cookie sheet an bake for 7-8 minutes at 375F until edges are firm and bottoms light brown.\r

Royal Icing Glaze:\r
\r
Combine 2 cups of sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 cup warm water, 4 tsp meringue powder and 1/4 tsp cream of tartar.\r
Beat with an electric mixer on low until combined and then on high 7-10 minutes until stiff (I didnt do this, I beat it until it was thickened)\r
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, a little at a time until it is glazing consistency.\r
