Making A Haunted House - Starting The Halloween Facade

We start to design and build the giant haunted house facade for our Halloween yard display. Join us as we just get started building our most outrageous Halloween Home Haunt yet which was featured on the ABCs The Great Halloween Fright for new. This is part 1 to the Halloween haunted house facade . We were conted to have our Western Ghost Town featured on the show but after finding out we no longer have it we were given the task of designing creating a display in less than 50 days for filming in August. This years theme is an old creepy rundown Haunted House full of ghosts and spooks. We hope you join us on this years adventure. We have been designing and planning a way to create a Haunted house that has all our favorite qualities from other famous Haunted Houses like Addams Family, Psycho House, The Munsters, & many others. We will try to fill the house with all kinds of creepy moving & motorized props in the windows. As kids walk through the yard they will trip several motion sensors that will trigger all kinds of props to help create a real fill of a Haunted House. In this video we score on a load of wood and building materials to get started. Jeana starts repainting our creepy haunted foam fountain and starts crackle painting on the siding for the house. We begin to build the lower decking, walls, and start on the porch posts.\r
