Cars 3 LIGHTNING McQUEEN Die Cast Sneaky Design Change WHY? (Spoiler Alert)

With Disney Cars 3 film comes all new Cars toys. Lets investigate the Cars 3 diecast Lightning McQueen that can easily be classed as a classic toy. One is a mud covered Lightning McQueen marked as number 15 (Chester Whipplefilter). The other is a very curious one because of whats been changed. Is this just a weirdo toy fory design change or is this an insight into a new Lightning McQueen that will be seen in the Cars 3 . Many people will not notice this change but it does have one major advantage. BI know this change in design will set the Disney Cars fans of fire as now one likes change. Now Im wondering are all the classic cars charers going to be changed to conform to a Hot Wheels play experience. I know my audience will explain all.
