Unai Emery's side have been in phenomenal form in this competition and our tipster thinks the Parisiens can chalk up yet another big win on Tuesday
Paris Saint-Germain have enjoyed a perfect start to their Champions League campaign and Unai Emery’s side look set to continue their fantastic form when they play host to Anderlecht in the French capital on Tuesday night.
PSG are amongst the favourites to be crowned as champions of Europe this season and, having scored a stunning 12 goals without reply in their opening three Group B games, it is easy to see why Emery’s team are well-fancied to enjoy an extended run in the competition.
The Ligue 1 leaders have won five of their last six games in all competitions and, having claimed a crushing 4-0 win against Hein Vanhaezebrouck’s charges in Brussels earlier this month, it is unsurprising that SportPesa go just 2/35 (1.06) that the Ligue 1 side claim the victory that will see them progress to the last 16.
Anderlecht, in sharp contrast, have endured a thoroughly miserable Champions League campaign thus far; the Belgian champions have conceded 10 goals without scoring in their opening three Group B matches – including 3-0 and 4-0 home defeats against Celtic and PSG, respectively.
Victory here would, undoubtedly, reinvigorate Anderlecht’s slender hopes of European football beyond Christmas, but the 46/1 (47.0) quote on offer from SportPesa for the hosts to claim a famous victory against the group leaders underlines the immensity of the task facing the Belgians on this occasion; the same firm go 12/1 (13.0) that PSG’s perfect start to the Champions League campaign is halted by a draw.
PSG, though, have set their sights on a Champions League record, having scored 12 goals in their opening three group games; Borussia Dortmund managed 21 goals during the group stages of this competition last season, but Emery’s men will feel that they are capable of chasing down that target should they record a thumping home win against Anderlecht.
There is no doubt that PSG are capable of scoring a glut of goals, with Emery’s men having managed at least three goals in four of their last five victories in all competitions; Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani – one of the continent’s most-feared attacking triumvirates – were all on target in the reverse fixture in the Belgian capital and all three men will fancy their chances of finding the net again here.
PSG are priced up as a 20/39 (1.51) chance to win by at least three clear goals, but better value may lie in backing the Parisians to win by at least four goals against the Belgians on Tuesday night; the 23/20 (2.15) quote could offer good value against an Anderlecht side that has been thoroughly outclassed in each of their opening three games in this group.

Thanks for watching! Have fun!
