Sometimes that sweaty, local Dim Sum joint is not enough. You need that Imperial Dim Sum. The kind where the chicken feet taste like they were gently massaged for 14 hours and treated to a pedicure before being steamed to perfection. Well, they don’t call it Imperial Treasure for nothing. Classic Cantonese fare is flawlessly prepared by chefs so obsessive you can taste it. Hard to single anything out as special, because it is all good. Dim Sum generally though is clearly a standout. Salivating yet?
