It's that time of year when pet owners go a little crazy, parading their dogs in costumes around the world, from Peru to New York City. Enthusiastic owners don costumes to really match their pets.
And they aren't the only ones getting in on the fun. Cats are dressed in purrrrrrty outfits, which most wore...pretty indifferently. Unlike the cats, the eager-to-please pups seem like they just want to have fun.
