A quick guide to a hard reset on the OTT MXı, MXQ & M8

Here is a quick guide to preforming a hard reset on the OTT Mxı, this same method is used on the MXQ & M8 boxes.\r

Depending on when you purchased your Smart TV Box from us will just depend on if the Online Wizard is preinstalled in SPMC after your reset.\r
if your Smart TV Box came with SPMC installed it will be there, if your box was purchased with Xbmc or the standard Kodi it wont.\r
I will be doing a video guide on installing SPMC on to your boxes purchased before 1st April new so you can get the very latest backup from the online wizard. I will post the guide here asap\r
