Ingredients and Procedure : @1:20 - Grating coconut meat\r

@3:47 - Adding granulated sugar to boiling water to make sugar syrup\r

@6:02 - Crushing the Cardamom in a mortar and pestle\r

@7:01 - Checking the consistency of the sugar syrup. Without the right consistency, the end product wont solidify properly, and hence wont be able to make proper cubes. The taste would be good either way!\r

@8:38 - Add split, dried, roasted chick pea (Called Roasted Gram - Dalia Dahl in India) \r

@9:58 - Dump the cooked mixture on to the plate, spread it around.\r
