Its not easy being on a Candida Detox! That means no sugar, no gluten, and no caffeine in order to detox and cure your system from Candida Overgrowth! Add being vegan on top of that and its a serious challenge. So heres a quick update on what I ate in a day on a Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Candida Diet Detox! Im also sharing an update on where I am now and how Im eating! The Candida Diet Detox is definitely difficult at first, but once you get your staple meals down, its so much easier, so I really hope this helps! Xo, Nap\r

DETOX DRINK RECIPE: \r
- 3Pints Distilled Water\r
- 2 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar w/ The Mother\r
- Juice of 1 Lemon\r
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper\r
- Stir all ingredients together and drink throughout the day.\r

BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CHOWDER RECIPE: I used this recipe, but added the half bag of broccoli, the celery seed, and used water NOT broth. Also dont blend soup entirely, for more texture. [Candida Detox-Friendly] \r

CANDIDA COCONUT MACAROON DESSERT: I used this recipe, but also added the juice of 1 whole lemon to add more flavor.\r
