Bent Nail Inspections provides a thorough inspection with professional inspectors who will take the time to explain and show you each finding. Some inspectors have a tablet to show the client pictures. It is a nice added touch. I personally like the inspector to show me first hand the findings so that I can clearly understand. Austin's report was good and he personally showed me the things I had questions on. In addition, he made sure to tell me that I could call if I had future questions.
