പിണറായിക്കെതിരെ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങി CBI | Oneindia Malayalam

The CBI on thursday filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the kerala High Court's verdict acquitting Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and others in the controversial SNC-Lavalin corruption case.
The CBI pointed out in the appeal that the High Court verdict that says only officials need to face trial in the case cannot be justified.

എസ്എൻസി ലാവലിൻ കേസില്‍ പിണറായി വിജയനെ കുറ്റവിമുക്തനാക്കിയ ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധിക്കെതിരെ സിബിഐ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍. കേസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രണ്ട് ഹർജികള്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതി പരിഗണിക്കാനിരിക്കെയാണ് സിബിഐ പിണറായിക്കെതിരെ രംഗത്തെത്തുന്നത്. അതേസമയം സുപ്രീം കോടതി സിബിഐ അപ്പീലിൻറെ കാര്യം ഇനിയും പരാമർശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. കേസ് പരിഗണിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ ഹരജി പരാമർശിക്കാനാണ് സിബിഐ തീരുമാനം.
