Cordless Tool Battery Conversion to run off of a AC adapter

Here is how I converted a dead battery pack to an old AC/DC power adapter. Its NOT the best conversion and resulted in a weaker overall power to the tool. PLEASE know that I understand this is not going to replace a battery cell or be comparable to a corded tool that is designed to run off of AC power. It was an experiment to see if it could work. NOTE: Im not an electrician or professional, just a tinkering guy trying to figure a different way to do something. I use improper terminology and am just tinkering my way through this.
