煙肉粒50克 - 50g of bacon cubes\r
意式煙肉2條 - 2 rashes of pancetta/streaky bacon\r
蛋黃3隻 - 3 egg yolks\r
芝士粉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of parmesan cheese powder\r
黑胡椒粉 - black pepper\r
鹽 - salt\r
