How to make Rock buns\r

Ingredients:\r
4 cups Self raising flour\r
1 cup Sugar\r
1/4 pint Milk\r
2 Tablespoon Margarine\r
3 large Eggs\r
1 teaspoon Cinamon / nut meg\r
3 Tablespoons Sultanas / Raisins\r

Method:\r
1 Pour the flour into your mixing bowl\r
2 Add the sugar\r
3 Add the margarine\r
4 Add the cinnamon or nut meg\r
5 Rub all in evenly\r
6 Add the raisins or sultanas\r
7 Add the egg and using the finger tips, mix them .\r
8 Add the milk gradually and mix, add some more till a good consistency- Not too soft and not too hard.\r
9 Grease your baking tray and sprinkle a little flour on the tray , to prevent he pastry from sticking to the tray.\r
10 use your hand /ice cream scoop to make portions of the dough and arrange them on the baking tray.\r
11 Preheat oven for 10 minutes on 200C / 400F /Gas Mark 6\r
12 Put the tray of rock buns into the preheated oven and bake for 15- 20 min.\r
13 Allow to cool and serve for your tea.
