Without pc unlock Redmi note 3\r
This method is tested on redmi Note 3 (( SD )) version with miui 8.1.1.0 stable\r

Enabled devloper option\r
Enable OEM unlock and USB debugging \r
Download and install kgroot 5.0.1\r
Lounch kgroot \r
(( Make sure u have miui 8.1.1.0 \r
And unlock permission also ))\r
Now tap on (( submit adaptation))\r
Now live it on background ( dont close just minimize )\r
Lounch es file explorer go to root directory. ( / ) \r
And search (( illperm.pm )) if u are Lucky than u got this\r
Now open with ( es note editor )\r
Change Encoding to (( Japanese EUC JP ))\r
Now scroll down and find acc@root \r
And change (( acc@root to acc@android ))\r
Now save the file \r
And now Reboot \r
Finally your bootloader is unlocked \r
