Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you a empanadilla or empanada dough . Empanadillas are a a go to snack in Puerto Rico. You can fill them with almost anything! The bowl I used to cut out the discs measures 6 inches across.\r
Here are the ingredients:\r
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour\r
1/3 cup ice water\r
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) salted butter, cold\r
1/2 teaspoon salt\r
1 teaspoon white vinegar\r
1 egg\r
About 1/2 cup of all purpose flour for dusting\r
