Sacramento to pay gangsters $1.5mn in 3yrs to stop gun-related crimes

The Californian capital, Sacramento is desperately trying to come up with new ways to combat gang-related crime and violence. The city will now pay gang members to be well-behaved.
The ‘Advance Peace’ program is set to run for 3 years, and is funded by private donations. RT asked Sacramento residents what they think.
