11,000 blank Syrian passports stolen, Germany says they could be in ISIS hands

A huge trove of blank Syrian passports has been stolen from the government. Germany's authorities say that over 11,000 of them might have fallen into the hands of ISIS, adding that fake passports give the terrorists easier access to Europe.
