A Brazilian woman is given a new lease of life by a dead Olympian

Last year's Olympic Games in Rio were widely considered a huge success. But there was tragedy amidst the festivities. A coach with the German team - Stefan Henze - died in a car crash near the Olympic park. His organs were donated for transplant - and one Brazilian woman was given a new lease of life. The BBC's Tim Allman takes up the story.
