The beginning of a new season in the NFL always brings out the best emotions in everyone. The relentless chest-pounding of every blue-blooded fan of the sport. The stocking of liquor shelves to cope to brutal injuries and defeats. The impending cynicism that the majority of the season will bring for many in this realm. It's football season, baby: Now with more ownership bullshit and grandstanding by the league itself.

The NFC is a bit more convoluted than its brethren, with much more competition and a more "wide-open" atmosphere, for reasons due to football- and non-football-related issues. Will the NFC help us believe that there is such a thing as parity in the NFL? This video may give us a clue as to what's in store.
