Wheat rava - 1 cup, (dalia/godhuma rava)
Curd - 1/2 cup (yogurt/perugu/dahi)
Carrot - 1 medium size, peeled and grated
Green chillies - 1, finely chopped (hari mirch/pacha mirchi)
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (dhania pata/kothimira)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig, roughly chopped (optional) (kadipata/karivepaaku)
Eno salt - 3/4 tsp
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil to grease idli moulds
For tempering:
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp (ria/avalu)
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp (optional) (urad dal/minapa pappu)
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp (hind/inguva)
Ghee - 1 tbsp (neyyi) OR oil
