"It's a crazy, chaotic environment where you see a lot of stressed out time-starved folks that could really use meditation," says founder, Kristin Westbrook.
Calm City is New York City's first mobile meditation studio that's relieving stress in the heart of the busy big apple. Westbrook renovated a 1976 GMC RV, so she brings the meditation to you offering a 10-minute class that can change your day in a snap, making Calm City as convenient as a food truck!
Calm City offers audio-guided meditation sessions every 15 minutes for up to 9 meditators at once. You can either book online or simply walk-in and take a class. Calm City is also available for exclusive bookings for hourly, half-day, or full-day events including: health fairs, fundraisers, team-building, company outings and pretty much any other special event you can think of.
"People know there are benefits to meditation: not only stress-relief, but better focus, creativity, and a better connection with themselves," says Kristin.
