President Trump landed in Puerto Rico Tuesday to speak to the nation ravaged by Hurricane Maria. Here are some of his remarks. As it stands, only 6.89 percent of the island has power and only 45 percent has potable water, while more than 9,400 people are still in shelters around the territory.
