Trackmaster Snow Clearing Henry AA battery Unboxing review and first run

Hi Guys and Gals, here we have the Toys R us exclusive Snow clearing Henry, I bought this on ebay as it is unavailable in Australia. I am still looking for a reasonably priced Snow clearing Hiro too.\r

This engine is the newest battery in the locomotive version of Henry and its shape is determined by the drive units and battery being inside the boiler, looking at the shape of the drive unit and the hugely oversized firebox it seems not necessary to have such a large firebox. The large firebox and the fake middle wheels really take away from the good looks of this model although it could be argued that the middle wheels on the original do not reach the tracks anyway.\r

This locomotive runs on a single AA battery contained in the boiler and it has the flat type drive unit, the version I got was a medium noise drive unit (I have had louder and quieter units). It runs well and stays on track even on tricky and uneven sections. Henry comes with a tender for holding his supply of Welsh coal and a single log car loaded with a removable log load. The entire train is finished in a light sprinkling of snow making this a great train for Christmas time on a snow colored track!\r

I give this loco a score of 8/10 the firebox looks terrible and they should question whoevers idea that was. other than that a great running loco.\r
