PALLET PROJECT // How to build a Balance Board using pallet wood.

In this weeks woodworking project I show you how to build a Balance Board using pallet wood. I surf and skate and had been wanting a balance board for quite a while, but they cost around $300! So instead of ponying up 300 bones I decided to make my own for basically free. I think I ually spent around $11 dollars which includes two different sizes of balancing pipes. \r

Using a balancing board is a great way to exercise (especially your core muscle group) and improve your balance. \r
