First, Doc and her brother Donny are going to race their cars (one of which is named Ricardo and is supposed to be the fastest), but Donnys car sputters to a stop. Donny gets mad and throws the remote control, and his dad comes in and tells him he needs a nap. Doc decides shes going to find out whats wrong. Then the animal friends are all there, and Stuffy comments on the car. Cut to the car, which is upset that it is being carried. It wants to race across the yard. Doc tells the car it cant. The car doesnt believe her and tries to race but cant. Doc finally gives the car its check up and discovers the car cant give a vroom vroom. Then Hallie is there, and they decide the car is worn out. Doc gives her diagnosis and says it needs its batteries recharged. The dad comes and charges the car. The car is recharged before Donnys friend Luca arrives. They race their cars, and Ricardo wins.
