Homemade Gum Drops Мармелад Candy Recipe - Heghineh.com \r
Among all the sweets, and I mean candies, gumdrops will be my childrens favorites. In f, I may even hide it from my 3 years old son, who can eat an entire pack all by himself. Gumdrops will be the first candies Ive even made , and since then I managed to change the recipe a few times ,trying to cut down the amount of sugar, and to my surprise after reducing the sugar amount 50% less than the original recipe required ,the gumdrops still taste really good and sweet and adding some lime juice turned out to be another flavor enhancement .\r
I would suggest using silicone ice molds when making these candies, to have no problems when squeezing the candies out, without damaging the shape.Or in case you cant find those , just line a loaf pan with foil, spray with oil and use it as a mold. Later you can slice the candy into square or rectangle shapes, with greased knife.\r
