- 75 gr Egg Yolks( 3 large egg yolks)\r
- 25 gr Corn Starch (1/4 cups)\r
- 2 gr Gelatin sheets( 1 small gelatin sheet) \r
- Vanilla ( about half a tsp)\r
- 50 gr Dark Chocolate ( 1.8 ounces)\r

Cream Cheese Filling ingredients:\r

- 250 gr Cream cheese (Softened) ( 8 ounces)\r
- 3 tbs Whipped Cream\r
- 40 gr Powdered Sugar (1/4 cups)\r
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extr\r

Chocolate Pie Crust Ingredients (Cold Ingredients):\r

- 200 gr Butter (About 1 cups, a little less than a cup)\r
- 130 gr Powdered Sugar (3/4 cups)\r
- 50 gr Egg Yolks ( 2 large egg yolks)\r
- 30 gr Cocoa Powder (1/3 cups)\r
- 300 gr All purpose Flour( 2 cups + 1 tbs)\r
