Total Real Driving Simulator Mod - Link Download and G25/27 tutorial.\r
\r
This mod makes much more realistic the driving and the damage in all vehicles in the game, including motorcycles, bikes and planes.\r
Initially I did this mod for personal use only, but subsequently I decided to publish it and share it with other people that like me prefer a more simulative game.\r
\r
Every car now has its own chareristics that make it unique. You can feel the weight of the car when cornering, the braking times are much longer (with the possibility to lock the tires), lower and realistic grip, and finally is possible the drifting!\r
Revised also the damage, now much more evident.\r
\r
I made changes to the trion, braking, suspensions, the weight of each vehicle including bicycles! I also removed that annoying false effect of turbulence in all planes and helicopters. \r
\r
I strongly suggest you to play in this mod with a steering wheel, to have an even more addictive experience! \r
You will find a small tutorial on how to use it in the bottom of the page.\r
\r
READ CAREFULLY\r
Be careful to install in the right location the various handling files that you will find in the archive.\r
In order to change each vehicle on GTA V I had to work on several handling files in the directory of the game, so you must install all them to get the changes in all vehicles.\r
\r
Installation Guide:\r
\r
1- Download the mod and extr the contents of the archive in the desktop or where you want.\r
\r
2 - To install the mod you need the program OpenIV 2.6, if you have not it, download and install. Read the instructions for the use. It will allow you to install in the right locations each handling file. \r
\r
3 - Now open the folder that you extred in the desktop, inside it you will find two subfolders: main handling dlcpacks handling\r
In each folder you will find the handling file and a document file that indicates the installation location of the corresponding file.\r
In the main handling there are the most vehicles of GTA 5, while in dlcpacks handling you will find the remaining.\r
\r
4 - Open OpenIV (I suggest you to make a backup of the original files that you have to replace), and replace the original Handling.meta files with the modified files.\r
\r
5 - Enjoy!\r

Tutorial on the steering wheel:\r
\r
1 - download and install the latest version of the program x360ce.\r
\r
2 - open x360ce and configure the buttons to your liking.\r
\r
3 - to remove the dead zone of the wheel, go in the Left Thumb and set Anti-Dead Zone to 26%, and Dead zones 1% (the latter option is to have a central area on the wheel).\r
\r
4 - save and start the game.\r
\r
I suggest you turn off the FFB from x360ce, it causes strange effects on the steering wheel.\r
Rather, to have a bit of consistency in the steering wheel, try these settings in logitech profiler (for those with G25/G27):\r
- Enable force feedback\r
- Force global effects 100%\r
- Force spring effect 30%\r
- Force damper effect 30%\r
- Turn spring centering\r
- Force spring centering 30%\r
- Uncheck Allow the game to adjust settings
