This is a painting demonstration of a Sunset Seascape at Palm Beach using soft pastel. It is divided into two parts; in the first part here I am going to show how I prepare the underpainting and then in the next part I will show how to work on it with more layers of pastels. Rembrandt soft pastel\r
Pastel pencils\r
Tape for masking\r
A flat brush for underpainting\r
Isopropyl Alcohol for underpainting \r
A ruler\r

Colors for underpainting:\r
Cloud: black, gary green, raw umber, brunt sienna, yellow ochre, light orange\r
Sky: light yellow, blue violet, gray green\r
Seashore: light red oxide, yellow ochre, brunt umber \r
Tree bush: black, gray\r
Water: light yellow, gray, light orang, black\r
