Joseph Anderson, of Upland (Ca.) High, won both the 110m hurdles and the 300mH at the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Track and Field Championships Saturday.
He ran the 110mH in 13.33 seconds, tying the US No. 10 all-time. His 110mH time is also a new CIF record beating Johnathan Cabral's time of 13.36.
