A Western Australia woman captured the moment a man decided to forego paying his train fare, opting instead to cling to the back of a train in Perth, Australia, on September 23.“The train had been stopped at a station when we first saw the guy riding on the back,” Chantelle Stone said of the incident. “We slowed down a bit so the train could get ahead of us again so I could capture the footage.”Stone noted that the train was travelling at about 110kmh, which is the same as the speed limit on Mitchell Freeway, the road they were traveling on.
