Ingredients:-
½ tsp. Ghee
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 tsp. Ginger-chilli paste
2 potatoes, boiled and diced
½ tsp. Black Salt
1½ cup Sabudana Chivda
½ Lemon juice
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
Method:-
- In a pan heat ghee and saute cumin seeds in it.
- Add ginger-chilli paste, potatoes, black salt and mix well.
- Let this mixture cool down to room temperature.
- In a bowl mix the Sabudana Chivda with this mixture and squeeze half a lemon in it and mix thoroughly.
- Now add green chilli and mix well.
Sabudana Chivda Bhel is ready to eat!
