Today is day 35 of the construction out at Villa Feliz. The crew do a miraculous job completing the pour of the basement floor.
Today is Saturday and were finishing up the last two columns which will allow us to move towards the second floor. A visit from a family out of Knoxville, TN, .
Today is Wednesday and the crew is all but complete on the beam steelworks. A trip to SM Lipa for some shopping and to see the availability of irrigation pumps.
