The Savage Rose is the most important and long-lived band from Denmark who's origins date back in 1967.
The sound is a mix of beat, psych-garage, jazz, gospel soul and some classical temptations which provides as background to the incredible voice of the front woman Annisette, a unique voice capable of firing contemptuous drama as well as extreme sweetness moments.
In my opinion Bjork and Kate Bush have learned a lot from Annisette.
