Drilon: Meeting between Kian's parents and Duterte won’t affect case vs cops

The meeting of the parents of Kian delos Santos won’t affect the case against the police officers accused of killing the 17-year-old senior high school student, according to Sen. Franklin Drilon. “Even if they desist, theoretically, that will not affect the case because this is a People of the Philippines vs. the policemen. This is not a private case,” Drilon told reporters in an interview on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017. Video and editing by RYAN LEAGOGO
