So here’s what we know about the Taylor Swift DJ groping case in Denver.

The singer was in court to hear testimony against David Mueller – who she accused of groping her during a 2013 photo op at a pre-concert meet and greet.

Mueller was fired from his job at a radio station and he sued her, her mother, and her radio promotions director for 3 million in damages. She countersued for a symbolic 1 dollar.

During the trial Mueller’s lawyer said the photo in question did not show his hand underneath her skirt as suggested… and that he may have actually touched her ribs.

They even claim that Taylor may be mistaking him for someone else who inappropriately touched her.

But her lawyer insisted she was certain.

Swift is expected to testify later during the trial and she said she will donate any damages to charities protecting women from sexual assault in hopes it will serves as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.
